Take it day by day So you have the energy to put 100 percent of your energy into these new changes. Plan accordingly and take risks. If you put in 100 percent you can handle what comes with the risks. Stay away from negative self-sabotaging behavior and thought patterns. Replace them with healthy choices. Increase your knowledge, Take a class, do some volunteer work, networking. Do something that will improve your well-being and knowledge to improve your well-being.
